- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup caramel sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened and cut into pieces
- 1 bag Sea Salt Lentil Chips
- 2 apples, sliced
1. In a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Mix in cinnamon, vanilla and caramel sauce until combined.
3. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
4. Serve with Lentil Chips and apples!
