Ingredients
Herb and Garlic Roasted Olives
- 2 cups mixed olives, pitted
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs of fresh oregano
Honey Whipped Feta
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 3oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bag Simply 7 Sea Salt Lentil Chips, for serving
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450° F.
2. In a baking dish, combine the olives, olive oil, garlic, thyme and oregano. Bake 10-15 minutes, until the the oil is sizzling.
3. Whip the feta in a small bowl then combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. The feta can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
4. Spoon the feta into a serving bowl and then top with the warm garlic and herb olives.
5. Serve with Simply 7 Sea Salt Lentil Chips and enjoy!
