- 1 Bag of Sea Salt Quinoa Simply 7 Chips
- 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup crumbled vegan blue cheese
- Iceberg lettuce
1. Prepare the lettuce by removing the outer leaves, chop the head of lettuce in half and then half again, and again until it’s around an inch wide
2. Line individual bowls or plates with chips
3. Add lettuce, bacon crumbles, tomatoes, and vegan blue cheese
4. Add another layer of chips and repeat Step 3.
5.Sprinkle with cheese, and enjoy!
