- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- Blue cheese dressing, make homemade or use your favorite store-bought brand

1. Cut the iceberg lettuce head into quarters making four wedges.
