Lemon Beet Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1, 15oz canned chickpeas
  • 6-8 whole beets, canned
  • Juice of 1 1/2 large lemons
  • 1 Tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tsp paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp cumin
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 bag Sea Salt Veggie Straws, for serving
Directions

1. Add all ingredients besides the beets to a food processor or blender and pulse until chickpeas are pureed.
2. Add the beets and continue to pulse until creamy.
3. Serve with fresh veggies and Simply 7 Sea Salt Veggie Straws!
