Ingredients
- 1, 15oz canned chickpeas
- 6-8 whole beets, canned
- Juice of 1 1/2 large lemons
- 1 Tbsp tahini paste
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp paprika
- 1/2 Tsp cumin
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 bag Sea Salt Veggie Straws, for serving
Directions
1. Add all ingredients besides the beets to a food processor or blender and pulse until chickpeas are pureed.
2. Add the beets and continue to pulse until creamy.
3. Serve with fresh veggies and Simply 7 Sea Salt Veggie Straws!
