Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp mayo
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 cup kale, finely chopped
- 1 cup spinach, finely chopped
- 4 green onions (greens only), finely chopped
- 1/3 cup red pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 cup carrot, finely diced
- 1 Tsp sea salt
- 1/2 Tsp onion powder
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tsp dried dill weed
- 1/4 Tsp paprika
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1 bag Hummus Chickpea Chips, for dipping
- Fresh veggies, for dipping
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
3. Serve with Simply 7 Hummus Chickpea Chips and fresh veggies!
