Cobb Salad

Ingredients
For the Salad
  • 1-2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked corn
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2-3 hardboiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • Simply 7 Sea Salt Veggie Straws, for topping
For the Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2-1 clove garlic, your preference
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1. Add all salad ingredients together in a big bowl and mix
2. Add all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and mix. Add to salad once prepared.
3. Enjoy!
