Ingredients
For the Salad
- 1-2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked corn
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2-3 hardboiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- Simply 7 Sea Salt Veggie Straws, for topping
For the Dressing
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2-1 clove garlic, your preference
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Add all salad ingredients together in a big bowl and mix
2. Add all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and mix. Add to salad once prepared.
