Ingredients
- 1 can (14.5-ounces) white beans, drained
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, packaged or fresh
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup salsa verde
- Juice from 1 lime
- Jalapeno, diced - for garnish
- Cherry tomatoes, diced - for garnish
- Cilantro - for garnish
- 1 bag Organic Original Veggie Chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a bowl and stir until mixed.
3. Add to a baking dish or seasoned skillet.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and garnish. Serve right away with Veggie Chips!
