- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- A pinch of salt
- 1 bag of Simply7 Quinoa Sea Salt or Lentil Sea Salt Chips
1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Scoop into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
