Cooking Time: 20 min
- 1 ½ tbsp coarsely chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ small jalapeno pepper
- 1 ripe peeled avocado
- 1 tbsp cilantro leaves
- 1 bag of Simply7 Lentil Sea Salt or Kale Sea Salt Chips
1. Wash, peel and mash the avocados.
2. Finely mince the garlic and in a small cup, add salt, garlic and lemon juice and the remaining ingredients.
3. Use a food processor or blender to mix ingredients.
4. Scoop mixture into a serving bowl and serve with Simply7 Lentil or Kale Chips.
