Cook Time:10 minutes
- 2 heads roasted garlic
- 1, 15.5oz can chickpeas, liquid reserved
- 1/2 cup tahini, well-stirred
- 5 Tbsp reserved chickpea liquid
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Red Pepper flakes, for topping
- 1 bag Veggie Straws Sea Salt
1. Add all ingredients except red pepper flakes and Veggie Straws to a food processor or blender.
2. Process until creamy and combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Remove and top with red pepper flakes and olive oil.
