Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2 heads roasted garlic
  • 1, 15.5oz can chickpeas, liquid reserved
  • 1/2 cup tahini, well-stirred
  • 5 Tbsp reserved chickpea liquid
  • 5 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Red Pepper flakes, for topping
  • 1 bag Veggie Straws Sea Salt
Directions

1. Add all ingredients except red pepper flakes and Veggie Straws to a food processor or blender.
2. Process until creamy and combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Remove and top with red pepper flakes and olive oil.
