Ingredients

  • Simply7 Kale Lemon & Olive Oil Chips
  • 1 package Smoked Salmon
  • 1 tbsp. Capers, finely chopped
  • 1tsp juice from caper jar
  • 3 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2-3 sprigs of Fresh dill

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine the chopped capers & juice from caper jar, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and fresh ground pepper. Whisk until smooth and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
2. On a platter, arrange the Simply7 Kale chips.
3. Add a small piece of the smoked salmon, and top with approximately ½ tsp. of the yogurt mixture.
4. Garnish with fresh dill and a whole caper. Serve immediately.
