Cooking Time: 15 min
- 1 tin sardines
- ¼ bell pepper, minced
- 1 carrot, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- 2 heaping tsp Dijon mustard
- 1tsbp capers
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 bag of Simply7 Lentil Sea Salt Chips
1. Mince veggies
2. Mash sardines in a bowl with all ingredients.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Scoop mixture into Simply7 Lentil Chips and serve.
