- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- A pinch of salt
