Avocado Hummus

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe avocados, halved and pits removed
  • 15oz canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt, to taste
  • Red Pepper flakes, to taste
  • 1 bag of Organic Original Veggie Chips
Directions

1. In a food processor, blend together all ingredients besides salt and red pepper flakes.
2. Once blended, season with salt and red pepper flakes.
3. Serve with Original Veggie Chips!
