Cooking Time: 15 minutes
- 3 ripe avocados, halved and pits removed
- 15oz canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
- Red Pepper flakes, to taste
- 1 bag of Original Organic Veggie Chips
1. In a food processor, blend together all ingredients besides salt and red pepper flakes.
2. Once blended, season with salt and red pepper flakes.
3. Serve with Original Veggie Chips!
